It was almost a year ago that I posted about The Apostle Song. This is apparently a little tune by The Sons of Ammon and is supposed to help you remember our 15 Prophets, Seers, and Revelators. Here is the latest version with a line about Elder Andersen.

Actually, it wasn’t the real Jim Carrey… it was Carl Allen, a character Jim Carrey plays in the movie Yes Man. In the movie, Jim Carrey’s character Carl is in a dead-end job, he is divorced, and seems to avoid everyone and everything. He bumps into an old friend who has really been enjoying life.

179th Annual General Conference – Priesthood Session
It has been tradition for 8 years or so that before the Priesthood Session of General Conference, the Young Men have a “sub-sational”. It’s for the young men and their father’s, their home teacher, or some other priesthood holder who brings them. There are several kinds of meat (including meat balls), chips, cookies, and pop.
